Over the last couple of months, Jack Jones has released two singles from his highly anticipated debut solo album, which is due for release in September.
The Trampolene frontman has ventured into a new phase for his solo career, moving away from his guitar-driven roots to explore a modern and innovative sound. Following the laid-back vibes of ‘Breathe’ and the energetic beats of ‘Who Let The Bass Pump Through The Floor‘, the anticipation for his third single has been high – particularly regarding what direction he’d take next.
Fortunately, Jack hasn’t kept us waiting and has returned with his single number three. which certainly lives up to expectations. Titled ‘Peaches Out of Reach’, the track opens with a synth reminiscent of classic video game music, gradually building up with percussive elements for the chorus, as his soft vocals explore the simple pleasures in life.
A dedicated wordsmith, Jack meticulously records the phrases and quirky remarks he encounters in everyday life. A true poet at heart, ‘Peaches Out Of Reach’ exemplifies his exceptional talent for crafting both distinctive and humorous lyrics.
