As to be expected by now, Rooskin delivers an instrumental steeped in laid-back melodies to really get you kicking back. Waves of guitar flood the ears and wash away the stress of modern living. Injecting smooth beats and grooves that make it easy to digest. While it references the pain of loss in the lyrics, its optimistic mindset and dust-yourself-down attitude makes it all the more refreshing. Things happen, and that’s okay.
‘Evergreen’ is a sweet little tune that’s as comforting as it is catchy. Its late-summer sound feels so warming in these winter months, and its message is one that should be celebrated.
