Brighton trio Ünhang are back with ‘Death To All Men’. This unrelenting new single takes a glance at the endless articles of the patriarchy doing patriarchy things and throws up a middle finger or two in the face of it all. Fuck yeah. Abolish it all.
Kicking off with an intro that harkens me back to the early days of Biffy Clyro, ‘Death To All Men’ is a blistering listen that does not ease up on the noise one bit. Its impassioned topic is backed up by an equally gutsy performance. Matching energy and anger every step of the way.
The vocals scream out in protest and contend with the barrage of drums and flurry of guitars throughout the song. The sheer amount of fight it has is sure to tear down the walls, and your eardrums. It is nothing but power all the way. ‘Death To All Men’ is a song that wakes you up in multiple ways, and as my introduction to Ünhang, leaves me excited to hear what more they can get me all fired up about.
