A band I have followed for a while and who I’m a big fan of released new music on 29th September. ‘You And Me‘ by Welsh rockers The 501’s is everything you’d expect from these guys. Anthemic melodies, beautiful production and striking vocals from frontman Shane Grist.
The guys teamed up with men’s mental health and well-being support group You’re Never Alone based in Blaenau, Gwent, South Wales to film the video to this single. They are a group who help men to be a better version of themselves.
The video certainly matches the emotion of the song. When Shane sings “I still believe that you’re the one”, it lets out a feeling of togetherness. With World Mental Health Day approaching on 10th October, it’s a fitting anthem to remind us all to look out for each other. This monster tune is now available to stream.
